Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guestero website, waitlist, and service. Guestero is operated by Dan Velev EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 206909833, with its registered address at 9/D/1 Vasil Levski St., 9300 Dobrich, Bulgaria ("Guestero", "we", "us").

By using our website or service, you agree to these Terms.

Guestero lets short-term rental hosts create guest registration forms for specific stays, send them to guests, collect the information required by law, and view and export that information.

Guestero is currently in development and is expected to launch in Q1 2027. Features described on our website as upcoming or planned may change, be delayed, or not be released.

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
• Waitlist members who sign up when Guestero launches receive 20% off their first year of a paid plan. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.
• We may change or end the waitlist offer before launch, and will tell waitlist members if we do.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use Guestero for your hosting or business activities.

• You remain responsible for complying with the guest registration, tax, and other laws that apply to your property, including submitting guest data to the authorities on time.
• Guestero helps you collect the information required by law, but we do not provide legal advice. Check with your local authorities if you are unsure of your obligations.
• You are the data controller for your guests' personal data. You must have a lawful basis to collect it, inform your guests about how it is used, and handle exported data securely, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use Guestero for anything unlawful or to collect data you are not entitled to collect;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its security;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Prices and plans will be published before launch. Paid plans will be billed in advance, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Guestero and all related software, designs, and content belong to us. You keep ownership of the data you and your guests enter, and give us permission to process it only to provide the service.

We work to keep Guestero available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for fines or penalties resulting from your obligations as a host. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Guestero and close your account at any time. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy. Export any data you need to keep before closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
